Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details of your academic profile and plans that you enter into our contact form or send us in correspondence. If you engage us, this extends to the documents you share with us for your application.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out the advisory work you have asked for. That is the only purpose.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with universities, sponsors, employers or agents without your explicit instruction.
• We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
• We do not publish your name, photograph or outcome as a testimonial without your written permission.

Who processes it

This site is hosted on Netlify, and contact form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Email correspondence is handled through our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Fonts and tracking

Typefaces on this site are self-hosted rather than loaded from a third-party font service, so your browser does not disclose your visit to any external provider in order to render the page. We do not run advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Client files are kept for as long as is useful to you during your application cycle and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on the request. Contact us through the contact form and mark it “privacy request”.

Children

If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian make the enquiry with you.
