Paying for it
Nobody should have to find the whole amount before the work has started. Campaign fees are split across the cycle, so you pay as the work happens rather than ahead of it.
Quoted in cedis at the prevailing rate, and confirmed in writing before anything begins.
English test fees, which you book and sit yourself. Government visa charges and the SEVIS fee, which are paid directly to those authorities in your own name. Travel and living costs. We will tell you what each of these will cost before you commit to anything.
The obvious question
There are three ways an education agency can be paid: by you, by the institution it sends you to, or by both at once. From the outside you usually cannot tell which one you are dealing with, and nobody volunteers it.
It matters, because when an agency earns commission from a university, its list of recommended schools and its list of paying partners begin to overlap. You never see the schools that were left off the list, or why the one pushed hardest happened to be the one paying most.
We take nothing from any institution, sponsor or employer. You pay us, and that is the only reason we are able to tell you a school is wrong for you.

We take on a limited number of campaigns each cycle, because the work is real and it takes months. When a cycle is full, we say so rather than take your money.
On money
Yes. Five school application fees are covered inside the campaign price. They are typically around $120 each, so this is a real part of what you are paying for, and it is the cost most people forget to budget for.
If your list needs more than five schools, we agree that and the additional fees before adding them.
We do not guarantee admission, and nobody honestly can. What we do is refuse to run a campaign we do not believe in. The profile review exists precisely so that we can tell you, for $150, that this is not your cycle, rather than take $4,000 and find out together.
Yes. Prices are set in dollars because the costs we cover on your behalf are in dollars, but you pay in cedis at the prevailing rate, and the figure is fixed in writing at the point each instalment falls due.
In full. If you book a campaign after your review, the $150 comes off the first instalment. It is not a deposit and there is no obligation to continue.
Because it is months of work that happens before an application exists. Reading current publications, identifying which groups hold live funding, building a proposal that survives a committee, and running an outreach campaign sequenced to the funding calendar.
It is also the tier with the highest return. A funded doctorate waives tuition and pays a stipend for three to five years, and a salaried Nordic post is an employment contract with a pension.
